Shipping your order
After your order is completed and verified, it takes 2-4 days for us to prepare your parcel for shipping. Once dispatched, you may receive an update on the courier tracking number and the delivery time is subject to the courier company's delivery timeline.
- West Malaysia : 3-7 working days
- East Malaysia : 7-14 working days
- Singapore : 2-5 working days

Free shipping is applicable for order above RM300 or special promo item as stated in the product page.
Shipping to Singapore
Shipping is $5 flat rate, please contact us for Singapore order.
Self pick-up or arranged delivery
If you cannot wait to receive your order, we accept self pick up from our location at Seri Kembangan or can assist to arrange pick up delivery. Kindly contact us to quote and arrange for delivery pick up service.
International shipping
We currently ship to Malaysia and Singapore. Please contact us for shipping to other countries. Depending on the country, international shipment might be subjected to import taxes, custom duties upon clearance. All charges for custom clearance will be borned by the customers.
Cancel my order
All sales item are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please contact us on the same day if you would like to cancel your order. Refunds is only applicable for successful cancellations. Once items have been shipped, we will not be able to accept any cancellations.
