Returns & Exchange
You have 7 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. If the original packaging of the product(s) is no longer in its original state such as ripped, damaged, repacked and removed, we will not be able to offer you a full credit refund.

• Items damaged during the process of delivery are not eligible for returns. 
• We are unable to provide change of mind return/exchange
• Item sold during sales/clearance are not eligible for return/refund/exchange

Please contact us prior to returning. Products returned without our acknowledgment will not be accepted. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a credit refund asap. 

Shipping
The shipping cost for all returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer. Please ensure the product(s) are packed appropriately and shipped with a tracking number as we will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item(s).

Defects
We check each item before shipping, however, if we may have missed something, please write to us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase and defect picture. We offer refund if you meet the T&C as per Refund Policy. We will get in touch with you asap.
